Smooth & EZ performances entertain and illustrate an elegant and exciting execution of dance in general and Hand Dance in particular. A complete performance can range from a few minutes to a full hour including: individual couples, trios, synchronized team routines, youth performances and line dances.
We conclude our show with exciting audience participation, if desired. We also perform Old School style, which dazzles with an upbeat tempo and intricate footwork. This style is nostalgic for our more experienced audience while, at the same time, attracting the youthful crowd.

SEZU has also been honored by such greats as Frankie Manning (one of the founders of Lindy Hop), the legendary Norma Miller (First Lady of Swing), and the Mayors of Baltimore and the District of Columbia. Eleanor Holmes Norton (shadow senator for the District of Columbia), as well as other cIty officials, have recognized and honored Smooth & EZ Unlimited for its accomplishment in dance.
